General Guidelines

TRANSPORT FACILITIES :

Our school provides safe and secured transportation for the pupils. The school buses have GPS installed in them and the school is responsible for the students while they are in the bus.
Pupils availing the school buses will be dropped at and picked up from the point mentioned in the school records.
Any request for a change of bus stop must be informed.
Pupils must be accompanied by a responsible adult while being picked up in the morning and dropped off in the afternoon.
Students who wish to discontinue availing school bus facility must inform the office in writing before a new session starts.
Pupils must be in their best behaviors while they are in the school buses. Any breach of rules can lead to withdrawal of the facility without prior notice.

PARENT-TEACHER MEETINGS:

We expect parents to attend all the Parents Teachers Meetings (PTM)
An appointment with the principal can be made with prior written application during the visiting hours on Saturday.
Parent are requested to acknowledge and sign the notes given in the Hand Book on a regular basis.
Parents can request to meet subject/class teachers for clarification of doubts in academic matters with Hand Book notes.
Answer Scripts of each examination will be shown to the parents after evaluation of the paper.
Parents will leave their ward at the school entry gate and must not enter the school premises.
The school authority has the right to change school rules and regulations if and when required.

NB: Office Staffs are not authorized to answer the queries of the parents directly or over telephone. The school is not responsible for any misinformation received by the parents through unauthorized persons.
